Hi All,
have recently entered the IT industry, have been working on a help desk in the UK for around 1 year now. As of the passed 3-4 months I have been looking in to the industries certifications (this forum being a regular source of information, so thanks).
My query is regarding the MCSA title. Reading microsoft's website (
MCSA: Windows 7 Certification | Microsoft) regarding windows 7 certification, it would imply that only 680 & 685 are required for the MCSA Windows 7 certification. However, at the bottom (under additional information) it states:
"After January 2014, you can no longer earn the MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration, MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator on Windows 7, or MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician on Windows 7 certifications,
but Exams 680, 685, and 686 will still be required for the MCSA: Windows 7 certification."
Basically, are all 3 required? or just 680 & 685 OR 680 & 686.
Any help/advice greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Harry
