Study Experience
Time:
Around 75 Days, 3 Hours Daily on Average, Off on penultimate week
Arsenal:
1) Shon Harris AIO 6th Edition , Cover to Cover, Prepared Self Notes, Flipped back to AIO to go into details of particular topics, End of the Domain Questions and Practice Exams were most helpful
2) Eric Conrad Study Guide 2nd Edition: Very Helpful, Read almost every domain twice. 15 questions after end of each domains were good insight. "Crunch Time" topics are must and very effective.
3) Eric Conrad 11th Hour : Yes, it is good only for last three days along with the notes prepared from
4) Youtube Videos for topics like Kerberos, IPSEc, SSL, PKI. I think whats given in Shon Harris is enough but sometime you just want to dig in
Practice Questions:
1) AIO 6th Edition End of Domain
2) AIO 6th Edition CD Practice Exam
3) CCCURE ( Very Helpful Indeed),
Study Tips:
Start Here, This is a new link by Clement, havent really seen it but I started at old presentation which was really a good start : The Holistic CISSP Overview and Preparation Tutorial
Preparing my list of Key Items, Topics to Revise, Weak Parts after reading every domain helped me keeping track of things.....I was keeping track of such topics domain wise in a excel file.
Security Arch was most difficult domain for me,
Exam Experience
Question: Any good threads on CISSP - ISSAP Preparation ? Please help

Exam Experience
- Exam lasted for 15 min short of 6 hours for me
- Two Bio breaks of 5 mins each in between
- Exam was not tiring for me.
- I took Two rounds ( First one answering what all I can and second for flagged questions)
- Final Tip: Sleep well at night and eat well at breakfast.
Question: Any good threads on CISSP - ISSAP Preparation ? Please help

One other thing I would like to ask, is if you came across to any of the new style questions (drag-and-drop and hotspot) in your exam.
Best regards. -

rawhide Member Posts: 29 ■■■□□□□□□□I did not notice anything unusual with questions, I think all the questions were as expected.
This was my first my attempt so cant really compare if anything has changed.
All I can say is nothing was really different from questions from Shon Harris. Eric Conrad and CCURE in terms of format and understanding required.Congratulations for passing the exam and thanks for sharing all of your experience !
