Yes I used them like 2 years ago to buy some A+ vouchers. The email with the voucher came within 3 hours of my purchase.

Yeah they are legit. I actually bought my security + voucher through the testing center I was planning to take the test at and it was only $180 vs the $260 comp tia wanted for it. I thought it was a scam or something at first.
