Hello guys.
Just wanted to get something straight.
Mini PCI cards come in 3 types Type I/II/II. Types I/II connect via a 100 pin connector and Type III connect via 124 pin connector.
A PCMCIA card comes in 4 types - Types I through III and Cardbus and all have 68 pins but vary in thickness.
Did i get this right?
Excuse my ignorance but i had always thought MiniPCI and regular PCI cards were the same (I'm a programmer turned TECH) before reviewing the A+ material.
