CaaS = CCNA Voice?

Hey guys, there is a company in my state that I would like to work for that mainly provides CaaS for customers. It is a fortune 100 company. I am curious, would the CCNA Voice prepare me for a role in providing support for CaaS? Thanks!

    That’s kind of a broad question – like “will CCNA help me with an enterprise job”.

    What would your duties be? Do you have any previous voice experience? Are they using Cisco technologies to deploy service?
