Well after reviewing a bunch notes and taking practice exams, I'm feeling confident enough to go and take this test.
I have been using (thanks Johan and DarklyWise):
http://www.learnthat.com/courses/computer/inet/
http://www.bembry.org/technology/inet/index.php
http://www.vnpublishing.com for practice exams
and this site of course.
Although I have been into this stuff for years, I must admit I did learn a few things, mainly in the copyright proctection areas and a few ports I've never bothered to commit to memory.

Now I know this is a relativley "easy" test, but I must admit I did learn some new things preparing for the exam.
Some things I felt a newbie might need to study for in addition to the notes and test exams above are:
- Know how to calculate bandwidth. (See an ealier post I made)
- Know some common HTML coding... not how to use dream weaver but actual code. Practice writting code using Notepad if you have no experience.
- Know the basics of the copyright laws
- Know the well known ports SMTP=25, etc...
- Know the different coding/scripting languages and how they work best in given situations.
I would say the VN Publishing practice iNET exams helped me see where I had a lack of knowledge, but as stated in other locations, study the materials related to that area, do not memorize the answers (although memorization of an answer like DNS = 53 is basically the same thing, hopfully you know what I mean).
Now on to finishing up my MCSA/MCSE 2003 and Security+
