Is there a second edition MS training kit out for the 70-224 exam?

I saw on barnes and nobel that they had a second edition http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?userid=tj02vuTCW4&isbn=0735617635&itm=11 , but cannot find anywhere that has new or even used copies for sale. Has there ever only been one edition of this book made?
