in CCIE
is the ccie r&s (exam official certification guide V4) is enough for qos topic in the ccie R&S Written exam?
also is it enough for multicast topic?

In my opinion, the exam guide is "OK". However, as this is the expert level and your expected to go and perform this in a lab - you really need to go in to the written exam as an expert anyway.
At the end of the day you kinda have to learn it all... you might as well just do that. -

the problem that i want to catch the v4 written exam and i still have to study multicast and qos topics

Someone please correct me if I am wrong, Interdomain multicast routing is one of the better books on the subject if you need some further reading material.
