Cisco Press ICND missing Chapter 3

Hi everyone, I have the sybex 5 study guide and the cisco press self-study cert prep. I'm reading the sybex 5 now and refer to the cisco press books as reference every now and then. As I was looking thru the ICND book last night I noticed that it was missing chapter 3 even though in the table of contents it does list chapter 3 and what it covers, but all the pages for chapter 3 which cover Vlan and some of chapter 4 which cover IP addressing and subnetting was missing. It goes from page 64 which is the end of chapter 2 and jumps all the way to page 113 in the middle of chapter 4. Has anyone experienced this or am I the only one? and it doesn't even look like pages were ripped off, the book is brand new and clean. What should I do, I can't returned the book I bought it like 1.5 months ago and don't even know where the receipt is.

Try the publisher, normally they will replace defictive books and/or included CD's
