Difference between ASCP and ACMT certifications?

in Apple Mac OS X Certifications
What are the major differences between the two certs? I currently have the training manual from Kevin White (OS X Support Essentials: Supporting and Troubleshooting OS X Mountain Lion). Will this manual be sufficient for passing both exams?
