Physical address? If so the answer for me is NO. All they need is email and phone number. Helps me being location agnostic, in case I'm looking out of my local area.

I only have my email address and the city/state I live in. Given how much completely unrelated spam emails I get (sales position anyone??), I do not want any random phone calls at any random time of day.
