As it says, I have completely revamped my Resume, please review and constructively comment. Thank you for your time!

A couple thoughts, Address and info go into the header or keep it at the bottom
Put refrences available or not?
is half a page not filled ok?
I put that i am attempting my second attempt at CCNA, shows I have persistence, what do you think?

    A couple of things:

    1. Most of the advice I've received says to forget about adding the bit about references available. If the HR/hiring manager wants them, they will ask for it or it will be in the application.

    2. I might suggest leaving off that it is your second attempt at CCNA. This brings up too many possibly negative questions. If asked about CCNA, be truthful, but don't volunteer that you've taken it and not passed. If asked how many attempts you've made, tell them and then point out that you won't let a set back discourage you from attaining your goals in life.
