Why can't I promote my 3rd domain controller?
I have a 2008r2 and a 2012 that I successfully upgraded to a DC, but my third I am getting an error message
Error:
Server 2012 domain controllers have a default for the security setting named "allow cryptography algorithms compatible with windows nt 4.0" that prevents weaker cryptography algorithms when establishing security channel sessions.
I followed this guide that it says to, enabled the service and rebooted
The Net Logon service on Windows Server 2008 and on Windows Server 2008 R2 domain controllers does not allow the use of older cryptography algorithms that are compatible with Windows NT 4.0 by default
