Does passing 70-685 and 70-680 before Jan 31, 2014 give you MCITP or doesn't?

Hi all, I recently passed 70-680 and 70-685. When I log in to my MCP portal I see MCSA and MCTS "in good standing" but MCITP: Windows 7 is not there. It's in the "in-progress" section and it says steps 2 of 2 completed. Do I need to take more exams to get the MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Tech on Win7 after passing 70-685 and 70-680? It's not clear at all. Thanks!

I'd follow up with the Regional Support or email them. You should have that title since you made the deadline.

Don't go by the Certification Planner, it's sometimes wrong. It says I have 1 exam for MCSA:Windows 8 complete and I don't - unless you consider MCSA:Windows 7 and the upgrade as the second exam? Anyways, go by what's on your transcript. Like LittleBIT says you could get on to support also.

Yes, the MCITP title expires today. It takes a week for it to post. I tried to squeeze in the 686 to have both but didn't pass. You should be able to see it on Monday, I think,
