hi i am a newbie in ccna as well as here hope to get some helps here ^^ izzit better to get 2514 rather than 2503 practice on isdn commands or just go with 2 2501?...thx alot...

farisb Member Posts: 7 ■□□□□□□□□□ISDN is a hard technology to get XP in. Even if you get an ISDN "enabled" router, you wil still need a ISDN simulator in order to use it. The best way to work with dial backup configurations is, I would get 2 2501's and external modems. This way you can use the AUX port for dial backup connections. If you really want to play with ISDN, rent some CCIE rack time. This will allow you to play with isdn for hours while only spending $20 or less.
