For those who know, I would like to know the difference between CISSP and CCNP Security, what is more preferable that other and what is the most needed on the market place.

No one can answer that. It would be good to give some context to the question. Those 2 certs are completely different. What exactly are you looking for? A job in infosec? What kind of a job?
For someone in networking, the CCNP will likely be much more suitable. On the other hand, the CISSP can be viewed as the must-have for all infosec people regardless of their niche. It is broad and does not have much depth so it is not focused on network security(for example) like the CCNP Sec is.

Thank you for this reply, so someone who needs to a network security engineer have to follow CCNP security and for security in general the CISSP is the best.
