    Edit: This guy is a genius: "go to your windows environment and type 192 dash 168 dash 1 dash 254. This will bring you into a Windows screen if you need to use that for any of the additional features".

    The scary thing is, he seems serious. Even says in some comment that once he get the final version, he will do a proper review ...

    Hahaha! I was about to put this on here.

    This switch is actually a very good switch. We use these at our (very) small branch sites. They're good for using a UC320W Cisco phone system.

    Wow, this is just what I needed after the week I've had.

    As a side note, this is a pretty nice switch and has the advantage of being fanless which is not too common for PoE models; it works great in a small office in a wall mounted cabinet with a boss who is VERY noise sensitive!

    I agree with the person who said wow. I have 0 networking experiance, and all I know comes from studying for N+ and now CCNA, that I am working on cureently, but its clear that EVERY SINGLE THING he said was wrong. He got nothing right. Amazing.

    I watched it twice just to try and understand how he could be just so wrong about so many things. Was he just trying to be that obtuse so that he would get a lot of hits on the video?
    No longer work in IT. Play around with stuff sometimes still and fix stuff for friends and relatives.
