I was due to sit my exam at Spring IT at 2:15 today(12 Oct),rocked up 45min before the time and the centre was closed,sat outside for a bit hoping someone was going to open up..
what happens next? they did not even ring me or email to tell me of the cancellation.
has this happened to anyone?

Did you book it through vue? as I have used Sprint IT once and they didnt do weekend appointments, infact very few centres in the uk do, I just tried again and they dont have weekend apointments. If you did book it for a weekend, take it up with SprintIT and people you booked through, I would ask for your money back and a voucher for another test for free, lay it on about how you went out of your way etc and how you work normally on a sat and have lost a days earnings.
