rcoop Member Posts: 183I'm assuming Port 1813 is the "revised" RFC for RADIUS accounting? I'm glad to see these posted, as I haven't really come across them in any of my previous studying. Does anyone know, are they all TCP, both TCP/UDP, or UDP port services? Does it matter for the Sec+ exam?
Thanks for the post.Working on MCTS:SQL Server 2005 (70-431) & Server+ -

Also the RADIUS are UDP protocols
The TACACS+ is a TCP protocol
you will probably want to study the port numbers and the difference between the RADIUS and TACACS+ for AAA (Authentication, authorization, and accounting) services
