I had my ICND2 scheduled for today. However, the testing center is closed because of the snow storm in my area. What are the avenues I should go about to get it rescheduled? (Surely, I won't have to pay again, right?)

I'm currently on hold.Goals for 2018:

I called them to add the n and they couldn't, so they gave me the number to call Cisco. They gave me a tech support site where I had to register and they had put a ticket in for me. 24 hours later they got the typo fixed...lol.

Fulcrum45 Member Posts: 621 ■■■■■□□□□□This happened to me a few weeks ago. Pearson Vue actually contacted me that morning to inform me that it was cancelled. They gave me an "incident number" and stated that they would call back later in the day to reschedule. Everything worked out.

DoubleNNs Member Posts: 2,015 ■■■■■□□□□□Pearson Vue e-mailed me w/ an incident number as well (a few hours after the call). I'll call them tomorrow to try to reschedule the exam for Mon/Tues. I'll update the thread afterwards.Goals for 2018:

theodoxa Member Posts: 1,340 ■■■■□□□□□□I've never had that problem with Pearson, but I've had it TWICE with Prometric. The first time, I arrived at the testing center to find it closed, no notice on the door, nothing - OUT OF BUSINESS. I was able to reschedule that one with the only issue being trying to understand the Prometric CSR thorough a thick INDIAN accent. The second time, I arrived at the site, but was turned away - the testing room [at a local Career College] was closed. Prometric didn't want to let me reschedule that one for free until I managed to [after two return trips to the site] get an incident ticket from the testing center.R&S: CCENT → CCNA → CCNP → CCIE [ ]

Be sure to let us know when you re-schedule and when you pass! -
DoubleNNs Member Posts: 2,015 ■■■■■□□□□□I'm on hold again. Wanted to reschedule for Monday, but no openings. So I'm taking it on Tuesday at 11 am.
Guess gives me more time to ensure a good score.Goals for 2018:

ciscoman2012 Member Posts: 313Just passed SWITCH this morning (10:30am). I was sure it would be cancelled because of the roads but never got any calls/emails stating it was closed. Finally at around 9AM I call the testing center and sure enough they're open.
Thank GOD I had an AWD vehicle or I'm not sure what I would have done......$200 is a lot to be out b/c of Mother Nature -
