Freelancing site for IT Pro's & Computer Tech's?

I remember there being a thread a while back that discussed some sites that allowed you to apply & work as a "contractor" for a company and you were able to work one time gig's in your area. I don't have a specialized IT skill set, but just looking for a way to earn extra income for computer repair/support in my area without the hassle of going about it on my own. Does anyone remember/know the name of this site?

I did work for SmartSource, mostly computer/server refreshes. It was decent pay as well.WGU BS:IT Security (March 2015)
