In short... Yes. CBT did a great job with the Network+ videos. You will however need other study material as well if u want to pass the test.

CBT Nuggets and Prof. Messer did the trick for most people.

I have used them and prof. Messer vids for my Net+ studies I also think you should use multiple study resources for this exam like, network simulators and don't forget to print out the exam objectives from the CompTIA website
