FPC Hard Errors

Hello Everyone,

I am using Juniper J4350 router and i'm getting following alarms:-

Major FPC 1 Hard errors
Major FPC 6 Hard errors

Has anyone seen this Error Before? How to fix this ? How to clear those alarms?

What have you done to troubleshoot so far? Opened a case with Juniper?

Well i have not opened any case yet and i am confused how to troubleshoot this issue. This is the first time i have seen this issue.

Usually not much you are going to be able to do about hardware errors like this. You can try reseating, restarting etc. to see if it clears up. Try to narrow down a bad component. I'd just go ahead and open a case though in the mean time.
