Questions about preparing for the CISA exam
Hello everyone,
I have recently graduated with a bachelors in accounting and was thinking about taking the CISA exam. I was wondering how much time I would need to invest in preparing for the CISA exam as I am still deciding on taking the exam in June or the next period in September. I am currently unemployed and have a lot of time at the moment. I have no IT auditing background and I am worried about being adequately prepared in the following 2-3 months to prepare for the exam in June. Should I consider taking the CISA in the next period in September?

Randomman,
Make sure you read the qualifications for for CISA certification and make sure that you either meet the qualifications or will soon meet them. Especially the parts about required experience. It would be tough to pass the test and then wait for a long time before certification was actually granted (like 2-3 years!)
