Work for ISP or bank?

    As someone with experience, I'd choose neither if they were offered to me. Banks are way too conservative and MSPs are all about billable time, neither appeals to me right now.

    If I was starting out again, I'd choose MSP.

    In terms of adopting new technology. I'm now working for a company that has a huge online presence and it's such a different game, not sure I could look at working in another type of environment.
