MCSA:2008 to MCSA:2012 via 70-417 - R2 questions?

I got my MCSA2008 in December and after a wee break am thinking about updating this to Server 2012 MCSA. I understand I need to do the 70-417. Looking at the official book there is no material on R2 in it though a book is due out at the end of April that updates it to include R2 material.

Does anyone know if I should hold out for the R2 edition of the book before starting studying for the exam or should the current edition suffice for studying?

I'd say it's 50/50.. some people here that have taken the R2 exams said it was a copy and paste of "Server 2012 R2" in to the questions, but if you are paying for it with your own money then I'd be inclined to wait until you had the R2 book. You always have access to your free second shot if you just wanted to go ahead now - assuming you've registered for that. It's a risk, but I think that's up to you if you want to take it now.
