I was at the Boson site looking at the CCNA Sim software - if you buy the CCNP beta software for $249, you will also get the CCNA sim for -free- and will get the full version of the CCNP netsim once its released.... I think that is a -very- good deal...

I bought it... a while back. I think it is worth it if you don't have any equipment. You can create your own labs or do the ones that they have built in. I just wish they would hurry up and put out the full NP load.
