Yes...if you learn the material in that book...you should be set for that exam. Its not a tough one.

The exam plus application fee will cost you a total of US$600 if you do not take the official EC-Council training.

And whether or not the Walker book is all you need to pass depends on what you already know of the CEH topics and how well you learn what you don't yet know.
