SweenMachine Member Posts: 300 ■■■■□□□□□□I never knew if there were studies that backed this, but I always personally felt that way. I usually take a brisk walk or climb stairs before any activity I need to really focus for.. It always seemed to help.

I've lifted weights before my last three certification exams.
