Choices to continue to work in a small company or start a fresh in a large company

Hi all, as the title suggests what would you choose? I am having to choose between continue what I am doing or moving on to a bigger company with network role I want to do than standard network/systems admin. so what are your thoughts?

Really only you can choose what you want to do as a decision made will affect your life and career. I just wanted to note the way you worded the sentence I quoted as I think you made up your own mind

Well, you said the new job has the role you want to do. Unless there are other factors, sort of answers itself.

Really, I have never understood these kind of questions.

Do you want to stay? Why? Do you want to leave? Why? Only you can decide and no one can't advice you as it is up to you to evaluate the pros and cons of each choice.

its more about if I stay what are the chances of being tempted to move on? and if I went will I regret leaving? those sort of choices, so was wondering what has happened in the situation with other people
