How Do I Attach a PDF or .DOC File?

I want to post a thread regarding a critique of my current resumé but I'm unable to attach the file (I see others have been able to). Is there a minimum post count or something?

I can post images (.gif, .jpeg, etc.) but not PDF or DOC files.

In the advanced editor there is a paper clip where you can attach your resume. Alternatively if you still can't see it - you can get up to 10 posts and I think it should then appear then..

Unfortunately, that option isn't there. I'm only able to attach images. I took a screen cap of the PDF file I created and uploaded that. Hopefully it will suffice.

It must be a 10-post threshold. I'm able to attach .PDF documents now.

Anyone know if this is still the case? I must be blind because I can't find anything to use to attach that doesn't error out.

Normally with these type systems, you can't directly post a .pdf as an attachment, it needs to be uploaded to a server, then you link to the document.

I am unle to as well, I see the paperclip but not able to upload PDF
