cisco self enroll courses

so i just finished the cybersecurity course and now i can't get the course completion certificate pdf because of "Instructor Use Only - Assign Student Pass Status". is that really necesary in self enrolled courses? there are no instructors necessary in those courses. how do i proceed? should i just go to any academy and tell them to pass me and then print the certificate? is there a fee for that?

For you to get a cisco certficate you have to pass the exams.. you can book them online at Computer-Based Testing Provider for Certification and Licensure Exams :: Pearson VUE

once you pass the exam cisco will send you a certificate.
