Recruiter contacted me for a position as an IT support specialist (desktop support with a lot of other duties (onsite dataccenter/and a bunch of visualization stuff, awesome gig if i can land it). I seemed to do very well in the in person interview with the Manager of IT and HR, they want me to come back and onsite interview for an hr on tuesday. Is there any tips you guy's have besides being myself to impress the IT manager? It sucks because after this there would be one more interview w/ the C-Level, i believe Chief of Tech (if there is one) or CIO
Just looking for some advise, going to be nervous its on Tuesday and i think they want to make a decision by the end of the week cause they are moving fast (which is good)

JDMurray Admin Posts: 13,093 AdminThey want to hire support people who can recognize, find, diagnose, fix, and determine the root cause of problems. Give examples of how you found and fixed problems, your creative use of tools an troubleshooting methodologies, and how you documented/ticketed and gave report to the executives of the company. Also give examples of how you gave excellent customer service to both real customers and internal company departments. This is all what you are being hired for.
