How often is the CCNA exma updated?

Hi, I am planning on starting to study for the CCNA exam. However, I was wondering, how often is the exam updated, on average. Would this be a good time to start studying, or do you believe Cisco will update the exam soon. Thank you!

The exam was just updated in August, if memory serves me. Of course, that doesn't necessarily mean you should or shouldn't start studying for it now. Most of the certification guides out there don't yet reflect the *new* exam.
On the other hand, it's probably not too difficult to guess how the exam may have changed.... More emphasis on wireless technology, cable, DSL, etc... Some area's probably have less emphasis but to be safe I'd study them all anyway.
The new Cisco Certification Kit by Odom published by Cisco Press reflects the new exam changes.
