Endorsement Process Question - Examination #

I am in the process of filing out my endorsement paperwork and it is asking for an examination #. I have passed the test and looked on both my exam notification email as well as my ISC2 account online, but cannot find anything called examination #. I have a member #. Any know where to get the examination #?
