I am receiving GI Bill benefits so I will be doing 18 CUs a term.

what do you guys think about this line up.

Foundations of College Math 3
CCENT 3
Operating Systems 4 (my work is sending me to a MCSA boot camp next month that will count for this class)
Finite Math 2
CCNA 3
IT Fundamentals I 3 (Web Foundations Associate exam (Exam ID: 1D0-610)

giving me a total of an even 18 CU.

My mentor refused to let me do any Cisco certs for first term. Good luck convincing yours, unless you already did and that's an official and approved term 1 plan!
    Current goals: CCNA/CCNP

Looks fine, I think the mentor thing is just dependent on who you get and your past experience. If you've already done the A+/N+/S+ there isn't anything wrong with doing the Cisco material in your first term.

yes, that is a an approved first term.

I believe A+,Sec+,Net+ and having an os class that counted for os fundamentals is the reason I was able to get her to agree to CCENT, CCNA, and MCSA win7

oddly enough, the CIW cert kind of worries me the most, I have already been studying for CCNA for a while. And MCSA shouldnt be terribly hard cosisdering I am going to a week long bootcamp and dont have to worry about work, just studying.

how is everyone else's experience been studying for IT Fundamentals I? (the CIW cert)

IT Fundamentals I is really pretty basic, most of the CIW exams are. You'll get study material for it, just go through the material they give you. The material should be from CIW directly so the exam questions are pretty similar. From what I remember of that it was kind of an overview of different things in IT, the business side, the tech side, some web stuff but not a lot.
