I want to use the IP helper-address on my Cisco 1760 Router, I'm getting "unrecognised command". So the Router doesn't don't support IP helper?

Well, are you sure you are actually typing "ip helper-address A.B.C.D" in the correct location?
Router>enable
Router#conf t
Router(config)#interface fastEthernet 0/0
Router(config-if)#ip helper-address 1.2.3.4Bachelor of Science in Information Systems
