Resume Critique

Hello, I was hoping someone could take a look at my resume and see what you think. I am looking to move from my current position, but I haven't gotten many bites from job posts. I am in the RTP area in North Carolina, and I was also curious what kind of salary range I should be looking at with my experience. I have been with the same company for a while, but even after a new title and top scores on my performance reviews, I am only making sixty cents more an hour than the day I started. Management is constantly cutting costs with less training opportunities along with letting contractors go, so pay raises aren't going to be coming any time soon. I am hoping there may be greener pastures, but I was hoping to get some outside input. I believe I have removed all private data, but please let me know if I missed something. Thanks

You need better formatting and a summary of your IT work.

Don't forget that sanitizing includes managing metadata, etc. Your full name is still there.

Thanks, I made sure to delete the metadata and reuploaded. Thanks for the find.

I am looking into different formatting and adding a summary, I will post again once I have made some changes.
