I'd drop the Technical Proficiency, Core Competencies and the current Professional Experience section and use that space for a more traditional Experience section. As it sits right now I don't know what you did, where you did it and for how long. Not a good thing in my opinion. My first thought reading this is that you are trying to make it seem as though you have more experience than you actually do.An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made.
