Just got back from the testing center passed ICND2 with a 973. I used Odom's ICND2 book, Chris Bryant's CCNA videos, and packet tracer.

I want to get CCNA, but noticed this is not an easy exam to pass, it takes a lot of hands on knowledge, great job, you must feel like king of the world today! :)

Congratulations. Are you thinking about adding any virtualization certs or go straight for 2012?

    Congrats!! Awesome job!

I also have Odoms ICND2 book. Did you stick strictly to the ICND2 material or did you review some of the old topics covered on the old ICND2 but now on the ICND1?

    Thanks everybody.

@Cerebro I am going straight for MCSA 2012 I will like to add a VMWare cert but that is later down the road.

@sixtyten For ICND2 I strictly stuck to Odom's ICND2 book. I did take the new version of ICND1 earlier this year though so the material was still pretty fresh.

Congrats! I should be taking my ICND2 pretty soon. What areas did you find most challenging?

    Thanks

@devils_haircut I actually found ICND2 to be easier than ICND1. The topic that I spent the most time on was Frame Relay as it was a relatively new topic for me.

Same here, I spent 1/3 of what I spent on ICND2, the way I saw it was that if you know EIGRP and OSPF in depth and understand frame relay you'll be okay!
