Any recommendations for Key Mapping Software?

I was wondering if anyone could recommend some freeware or cheapware to remap a few keys on my keyboard.

Are you using a Microsoft OS like Windows? You should just be able to create a custom locale for your keyboard. Microsoft has a tool to do this - I remember stumbling across a while ago when I had some silly idea about learning to use a dvorak keyboard.
