What is allowed in exam sites?

About two weeks away from test time, wondering if they give me pencil and paper and if I can "mark" questions to come back to?

The exam center will give you everything you are allowed to have while you sit the exam. The center I go to even takes my wallet and has the room video taped and monitored by an individual.
