R2 Book recommendation?

can someone please recommend me a decent R2 book to buy for preparing me for the 70-410 exam or possibly for the three exams in one, 70-410, 70-411 and 70-412?

Not entirely what i need to get!

There are R2 updated versions of the Exam Ref and Training Guides coming out in May (I think but the date has changed a couple of times). I don't know how those will be but I liked the original versions. The book Kriscamaro mentions is quite popular and currently available.

MSSoftie, how hard are the 2012 mcse tests in scale 1-10 for someone with no production level experience?

70-410 Exam Ref for R2 has already been released. My question is which if two is better 70-410 Exam Ref for R2 or
Exam 70-410 Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012?

I've ordered Server 2012 R2 inside out.

Plan to do MCSA in 3 months from scratch, gonna be a massive challenge.

May I ask you one question? You don't have experience in Windows Administration at all or you have experience in administration of previous server version except 2012? I'm asking because I'm MCSA 2003 and wonder whether I'm also novice in Windows administration or not.

I've been using Windows XP since I was 9 and I used play around with local group policy objects and scripts back then, but I have no experience in proper Server stuff. My real experience only comes from "access" to school windows servers years ago

I'm hoping my networking skills will make a lot of the MCSA relevant / easier.

I just received this book man this thing is huge now I have to figure out what chapters to study for this exam 70-410 ... had anyone had a chance to match up the study material with this book before?
