Homelab Help Needed

I am trying to set up a homelab to run Hyper-V. I am interested in running exchange server, sql server and Citrix products.

I'd like to know which of this servers i should get.

I dont know which one of these would do Hyper-v 2012 R2.

The dell 1950 should work, I ran hyper-v on a 2950 with similar specs
the HP G5 might work, same generation procs and all that

Don't know about the AMD's
