AGP Texture Acceleration not available. Help!
When i run dxdiag and check under the display tab, the AGP texture acceleration is not available and so i cannot enable it. Is there any way i can enable it? I have been unable to play most 3d games, is this the cause?

In most cases this is down to the AGP drivers for the motherboard.
Check the homepage of the mobo manufacturer and get the latest drivers for it.
If this doesn't sort it out, uninstall you gfx card drivers (full deinstall, check gfx card support forums on how to do this) , install the agp drivers again and install current gfx card drivers.
oh yeah.. also check the AGP related settings in your bios should the above not help. Stuff like AGP driving strenghth (differs from mobo to mobo how they call it , sometimes it's not even there) AGP Mode and the like should be set to AUTO.
