When is it least busy or just the best time and day to take the exams? Thanks

Some people prefer to get it out of the way first thing in the morning while others rather do the afternoon. Since your seat is guaranteed at whatever time you chose, go with whatever is more convenient for you.

That depends on when you think you are most focused. For everyone its different, I like to take my tests around 11am so I can wake up early, drink coffee, review my notes without being rushed, and head over to the exam center.

I have taken three exams in Reno, NV and for all but one, I was the only one in the room. On the one where I had company, that person showed up toward the end of my exam. I would say schedule the exam for a time that you will be at your best. Good luck.

I like between 10:30 and 11:30. But that's just personal preference.

Combination between your personal preference and when you are able to schedule an open slot. I prefer first thing in the morning, but you do what makes the most sense for you. Biggest thing, schedule it ;)

    'i' before 'e' except after 'c'.... weird?

I like the afternoon personally. I usually take my test at 2pm but since this testing center I go to is different, I have mine usually scheduled for around 12pm. Choose your peak time where you are most awake and most alert and focused for optimal results for testing.

Whatever time you feel you are ready. Morning but not too early? While you are awake? Get good nights sleep :D
