Hi there im migrating to California this April. I'm not familiar on the interview process when applying for a networking job. What are stages before you get hired. Phone interview first or Skype video interview? One on one? HR ? Panel Interview? If ever you get the job do they give you a formal job offer that you can review before signing like health benefits overtime pay etc.. Thanks.

Usually an initial phone screen followed by either a more in depth phone screen or on site/skype. Whether it's a panel or not depends on the company. Interviews with multiple one on ones seems to becoming more the norm these days it seems. You'll definitely get a formal offer.An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made.
