Question concern earning CCNP data center certificate..

Hey,

Please answer to my questions if you have worked in Data center industry for couple of years and have at least ccnp DS certificate,
I came from CCNP R&S work experience and prespective,
From what I see On Cisco site we can choose either "Implementation+Design" or "Implementation+Tshoot", right?

I wud like to know which combination for ccnp datacenter is fits for all or in other word has more job opportunities?

and besides this how the market job demanding and salary statues is on this certificate?

and for example after getting this certificate do you have the knowledge to work on any data center environment, like data centers belonging to Microsoft corporation or you can only work in a narrow cisco devices and architecture environments

I have heard so many times that Microsoft rents their clouds, and those clouds made by some kind of data centers,
from above question I mean can we work flexibly for example on those types of data centers even?
