Working as a DoD contractor, I'm seen job adverts that specifically ask for you to have the CEH, and it's because of this chart:

This logic makes it really valuable:

Higher level IAT and IAM certifications satisfy lower level requirements
Higher level CND-SP and IASAE certifications do not satisfy lower level requirements
