Passed CCENT, CCNA on it's way. No experience in IT - how to design my CV?

Hi guys. I need help.

I am 28 y.o., born in Easter Europe and living in the UK currently.
I have a crappy Bachelor Degree of Public Administration (big mistake of the past) and few years of good experience mostly in Sales and Logistics (where I currently work full time).
Few months ago I decide to make my dream come true, and try to find a job in IT. Since the coding seemed to me a bit to difficult, I decided to try networking. Few days of research online directed me to Cisco CCNA. Accidentally one of the people I knew is working as a network technician/engineer with CCNA and CCNP R&S certs, and he said that it's a good job and he like it. Bum, bum, bum... few months later I have passed ICND1 (April 2016). I didn't go into full CCNA because I wasn't sure if I will be "smart" enough to pass.
The problem is that without experience or degree in IT I don't know how to progress and basically, how to design my CV to find at least 1st Line HelpDesk position to start in the industry.

My current CV is s classic one with job titles and duties/responsibilities listed, however I am thinking about shrinking every position into short description, to summary my duties. My previous jobs are not related to IT.

Is it a good idea?

I want to change a job and start doing something what I really like. How to get noticed?
And what kind of software I need to know, to get a job as a Network Admin Assistant/NOC/Network Technician/HelpDesk/ etc.?

Never give up.
